Preparatory work before plastic pelletizing machine trial operation

①. Check whether the nuts of each piece of equipment of the extruder production line are loose.
②. Check whether the safety shields are firm.
③. Check the tension of the V-belt installation, and adjust the pressure of the V-belt appropriately to meet the requirements of the operation.
④. Pull the V-belt, the rotation is relatively simple, the process of each component is normal, and the screw is rotated without tightening.
⑤. Check whether the grounding protection and electrical wiring of the equipment and control box are loose and whether they meet the requirements.
⑥. Check and test the insulation resistance of the motor and electric heating device to meet the needs.
⑦. Check that the assembly gap between the screw and the barrel should meet the requirements.
⑧. Each control knob should point to a zero or stop position.

①. Check whether the quality of the lubricating parts of the equipment and the lubricating oil in the reduction box meet the requirements, and the amount of lubricating oil should be appropriately replenished. The level of the lubricating oil should be at the high line of the oil mark.
②. The control electric box circuit is connected to the power supply.
③. Check that there is no foreign matter in the hopper and barrel.
④. Start the screw drive motor at low speed.
⑤. Whether the pointers of the voltmeter and ammeter of the control box swing abnormally, and the power consumption should not exceed 15% of the rated power.
⑥. Check whether the rotation direction of the screw is correct (if the screw of the screw rotates to the right, the barrel and screw must rotate clockwise).
⑦. Listen to whether the working and running sound of each transmission component is abnormal, and see whether there is friction between the rotation of the screw and the barrel.

②. After the cylinder is heated to the temperature required by the process, the temperature is kept constant.
③. Start the drive screw rotating motor at low speed, observe whether the swing of the voltage and ammeter is abnormal, check whether the screw rotates smoothly, and listen to whether the screw and barrel have rotating friction. Whether the transmission parts work abnormally. Everything went to a stop immediately. Note: The air transportation time of the screw must not exceed 3 minutes.

Production trial operation of Plastic pelletizing machine equipment.

①. Inspect the quality of raw materials for a trial run. Whether the size of the raw material particles is uniform, talk about whether it is wet (when the water content is large, it must be dried), whether there are impurities in the material, etc. Colleagues, verify whether the raw material license meets the technical requirements of trial run materials.
②. The cylinder is heated and heated, and after reaching the required temperature of the process, it is heated to a constant temperature for 1 hour.
③. Check that there is no foreign matter in the hopper and barrel of the extruder before driving.
④. It is used to pull the V-belt wheel, which can rotate flexibly without blocking.
⑤. Start the screw rotating machine at low speed, observe whether the voltage and ammeter pointer swings normally, whether the screw rotates smoothly, and whether the working sound of each transmission component is normal. Everything is normal to prepare materials.
⑥. Supply into the barrel. The initial equipment material is small and uniform. While supplying, observe whether the swing of the ammeter pointer and the rotation of the screw are stable. If there is no abnormality, the supply can be gradually increased until the mould deducts the material.
⑦. After the mould is discharged, the melt that is not completely plasticized must be removed first.
Note: When adjusting the gap between the die and the mandrel, the operator cannot face the die port to prevent accidents.
After the quality of the test product is qualified, retry the current change of the screw at high, medium and low speeds and the output per unit time of the product.

①. Reduce the working speed of the screw to a minimum.
②. Cut off the heating power of the barrel and mould. Start the barrel cooling fan.
③. When the cylinder temperature drops to 140℃, stop the cylinder supply. Stop the screw drive motor until there is no discharge from the die mouth.
