A plastic granulator is mainly used to process waste plastic film (industrial packaging film, agricultural film, greenhouse film, beer bag, handbag, etc.), woven bags, convenient agricultural bags, basins, barrels, beverage bottles, furniture, daily necessities, etc. It is suitable for most common waste plastics. It is the most widely used, most commonly used, and most popular plastic recycling processing machine in the waste plastic recycling industry.


There are three leading names for plastic waste recycling equipment.

1. Plastic granulator; Plastic is now commonly called because the plastic waste is plasticized into a uniform melt through the extrusion system of the plastic granulator. Under the pressure of this process, the screw is continuously driven from the machine. The head is extruded, passes through the cooling tank, drying equipment enters the pelletizer for pelletizing treatment, and is finally screened to filter out particles of varying size. Because of its manufacturing process and the shape of the final product were eventually named "Plastic Granulator"!

2. Plastic extruder; In fact, the whole process is similar. As long as it is equipped with different auxiliary machines, different shapes or specifications can be produced. Therefore, another more mainstream name is to focus on the essential part of the whole process. The central extrusion system, plastic, is plasticized into a uniform melt through the extrusion system, and then extruded, hence the name, called "plastic extruder"!

3. Plastic pellet machine; The name of "plastic pellet machine" is very similar to the name of "plastic pellet machine." Still, the name of plastic pellet machine is named after the shape of the final product. However, the name of the plastic pellet machine still includes the meaning of "manufacturing process," granules: also refer to granules.

Different names for Plastic granulator

In addition to the above three mainstream names, there are also two named after the essential accessory "screw" in the pelletizer, which is also widely recognized, and are called "single screw extruder" and "single screw extruder" according to the number of screws. "Twin screw extruder"!


The host of the plastic granulator is an extruder.

It consists of an extrusion system, a transmission system and a heating and cooling system. Vigorously develop renewable resources and turn waste into treasure. The auxiliary equipment of the plastic pelletizing unit mainly includes the pay-off device, the straightening device, the preheating device, the cooling device, the traction device, the meter counter, the spark tester, and the wire take-up device.

With so many devices, it is, of course, easy to cause problems. What are the issues and solutions?


The main reasons for the issues of the plastic granulator:

(1).Uneven feeding.
(2). The main motor bearing is damaged or poorly lubricated.
(3). A specific section of the heater fails and does not heat up.
(4). The screw adjustment pad is wrong, or the relative position is mistaken, interference between components.
(5). There is an error in the boot procedure.
(6). There is a problem with the main motor thread, whether the fuse is burned.
(7). The interlocking device related to the primary motor works.

Approach:
(1). Check the feeder and troubleshoot.
(2). Repair the main motor and replace the bearings if necessary.
(3). Check whether the heaters are usually working, and replace the heaters if necessary.
(4). Check the adjustment pad and pull out the screw to check if there is any interference in the screw.
(5). Check the procedure and drive again in the correct driving sequence.
(6). Check the primary motor circuit.
(7). Check whether the lubricating oil pump is started, and check the status of the interlocking device related to the main motor. The oil pump cannot be turned on, and the motor cannot be turned on.
(8). Check whether the emergency button is reset.
(9). The inverter has not discharged the induction current, turn off the main power supply and wait for 5 minutes before starting.
