Test run of plastic crusher

1. Close the handle of the magnetic starter to send power;

2. Press the button to open two or three times;

3. Starting and idling for 1 to 2 weeks;

4. Combined operation of transfer machine and crusher;

5. Check that there is no abnormality and send out the power-on signal.

6. During operation, the machine and motor should be free from vibration, sound and humidity should be normal, the temperature of each bearing should not exceed 75℃, and the temperature of the motor should not exceed the manufacturer's regulations.

7. The chain tightness of the transfer machine must be the same. Under full load, the chain tightness is not allowed to exceed the length of two chain links, and there must be no chain jamming or chain jumping.

8. After the fusible plug or fragile chip of the reprinting machine is damaged, it shall not be replaced with wood or other materials.

9. The safety device of the protection net of the plastic crusher should be kept intact, and should be checked frequently during the working process. If it is damaged, it should be shut down immediately.

10. The safety devices such as the tail protection of the transfer aircraft must be intact.

11. Transfer and transfer aircraft.
(1) Clean the floating coal and gangue from the tail, both sides of the fuselage and under the bridge;

(2) Protect cables, water pipes and oil pipes and hang them neatly;

(3) Check the roadway support, and move the transfer machine while ensuring safety;

(4) The trolley and the tailstock of the belt conveyor should be in good contact with each other, without deviation, and good overlap after removal to prevent large pieces of plastic from damaging the tape and ensure the smooth flow of coal;

(5) After transferring the carrier, the nose and tail of the machine must be kept flat, straight and stable, and the jack rod must be retracted.
