Principle of plastic crusher

The plastic crusher can be used for the re-pulverization and recycling of all waste plastics such as boxes, thin pipe fittings, blow molding parts, bottles, shells, and domestic plastic products, or as an auxiliary machine of the injection molding machine to re-crush the nozzle materials or defective parts of the injection molding machine.

The plastic crusher drives the moving knife cutter head to rotate at a high speed through the motor. During the high-speed rotation of the moving knife, it forms a relative movement trend with the fixed knife. The gap formed between the moving knife and the fixed knife creates a plastic crushing and shearing incision. The block of plastic is crushed, and the crushed plastic is filtered through a screen to filter the size of the plastic particles.
