1. Ceramic plastic infrared dryer
(1) Side heating ceramic infrared dryer
There are mainly three kinds of side heating ceramic infrared dryers in China: plate type, tube type and lamp type.

(2) Direct heating semiconductor ceramic infrared dryer
There are three types of direct heating semiconductor ceramic infrared dryer: sintering type, thick film type and thin film type.

Sintering type is that the whole matrix is treated by sintering process to become a ceramic material with semi conductive characteristics; Thick film type is to apply a layer of 0.2 ~ 0.35mm thick treated semiconductor ceramic slurry on the surface of ceramic substrate, and then conduct secondary sintering; The thin film type is formed on the ceramic lining by high temperature vapor deposition;

These three types of electric energy are directly applied to the substrate to make it heat and produce infrared radiation.

2. Glass plastic infrared dryer
There are many kinds of glass infrared dryers, including infrared dryers made of high silica quartz glass, gold-plated quartz glass, microcrystalline glass, milky quartz glass, etc.

Milk white quartz infrared dryer is widely used.

Opal quartz glass is a kind of quartz material made from natural crystal and vein quartz by melting (1740 ℃) in a vacuum resistance furnace in a graphite electrode crucible. It has strong far-infrared radiation and light blocking characteristics to visible and near-infrared light. The heating body is generally made of nickel chromium and iron chromium aluminum materials. After all its radiation enters milky white quartz, the refractive index of air is 1 and the refractive index of quartz glass is 1.16. According to the refractive principle of light, light should be refracted, reflected and partially scattered at the same time.
