PACKER® Pe Pp Rigid Plastic Flakes Granulating Line  is for granulating plastic PP PE flakes to pellet. We have single stage granulating line and double stages granulating line according to different raw materials. If raw material is clean. You can use single stage extruder granulating line. And if raw material is little dirty. You can choose double stages extruder granulating line for filtering more. The raw materials for this line can be LDPE. LLDPE. HDPE and PP.

 1. This line is working with force feeder. This can feed materials into extruder more easy and improve the line capacity.
 2. We can equip different cutting type. Watering cutter or Noodle type cutter. 
 3. Dual piston hydraulic screen changer or Double positions plate hydraulic screen changer as optional
 4. Vacuum pump for extruder exhaust.
 5. Horizontal watering cutter or vertical watering cutter both is ok.
